The Comacchio GEO line consists of multifunctional drilling rigs designed to cover all major geotechnical site investigation and environmental monitoring applications, including conventional and wireline coring, open hole drilling, sampling, dynamic penetrometric tests (SPT), installation of geotechnical instrumentation, and other tests aimed at characterizing the subsoil.
The range includes crawler-mounted and truck-mounted models, ranging from compact and lightweight units up to 30-ton-pull rigs, allowing for investigations at greater depth. The modular design allows each machine to be configured with a wide selection of accessories, optimizing performance, reducing operating times, and lowering running costs.Robustness, reliability, and a vast selection of high-speed rotary heads, combined with ergonomic controls and advanced safety systems, ensure high productivity and maximum operator protection under all working conditions.

CRAWLER MOUNTED DRILL RIGS
These rigs are installed on steel or rubber crawler tracks and range from lightweight, compact units, ideal for geotechnical investigations in confined spaces or inside buildings, to heavy-duty machines with a weight class of 20 tons. Crawler-mounted rigs excel in rough or restricted terrains, providing stability, versatility, and access where other rigs cannot operate.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN
The flexible design of the GEO rigs, based on a highly efficient hydraulic system, allows each machine to be configured in multiple ways to match specific application requirements, ground conditions, and operating environments.

Most machines in the GEO line are also available in a radio-controlled version.
